STEP 1 - Pre-Wash Reset Serum

  • Sits on the scalp for 5 to 20 minutes, dissolving what a rinse can't reach

Why do I need both the Pre-Wash Reset Serum and Clarifying Detox Shampoo?

They work together in a routine to give your scalp a proper cleanse. The Pre-Wash Reset Serum gives your scalp a deeper reset by tackling accumulated oil and buildup before you wash. The Clarifying Detox Shampoo then cleanses away excess oil, residue and hard-water buildup while helping keep your scalp fresh for longer. One resets your scalp and another one maintains it

Is this suitable for dry scalps?

The routine is primarily designed for oily, buildup-prone scalps. If your scalp is already very dry or sensitive, you may use this routine once a week. Adjust frequency based on how your scalp feel.

Can I use this if my hair is colored or chemically treated?

Yes. The Shampoo has a sulphate-free micellar base which is safe for colored hair. However, if your hair has been recently colored, chemically treated, follow the aftercare recommendations for your specific treatment.

Can I use my regular shampoo with this combo?

Yes, if you're using the shampoo as an occasional clarifying wash. For oily scalps, the clarifying shampoo can be used as your main shampoo 2–3 times a week.

Will this help with dandruff?

The routine is designed to address oil, flakes and buildup, which can contribute to an unhealthy scalp environment. Although the shampoo contains Climbazole, to reduce flakes, but a dandruff prone scalp requires products that specifically target dandruff.

Will this make my hair dry or stripped?

No. The shampoo uses a sulphate-free micellar base to remove oil and buildup while ingredients such as Glycerin, Pro-Vitamin B5 and Betaine help keep hair soft and hydrated. The goal is cleaner hair without the stripped feeling that can come with aggressive clarifying.

How often should I use the Clarifying Detox Shampoo?

For oily scalps, use the shampoo 2–3 times a week as your main wash. For other scalp types, use it once a week with the prewash for a deep reset.

How often should I use the Pre-Wash Reset Serum?

Use the serum 2–3 times a week as a pre-wash treatment. If you have a dry scalp you can use the serum 1-2 times a week before shampoo.

Why use a pre-wash treatment if the Clarifying Detox Shampoo already removes buildup?

Because the two products have different roles. The serum is your deeper reset, used before washing to tackle accumulated buildup and support scalp health. The shampoo is your clarifying wash, designed to manage oil, buildup and hard-water residue as part of your ongoing routine. This means you're not simply washing twice , you're resetting and then maintaining
