1. Steps for Return/Replacement

Step 1 - Raise a request within 24 hours of delivery
Returns/replacements are accepted only for damaged, defective, and expired orders. Please raise a request on our mail (care@krieya.com) with order and contact details, an unboxing video with the shipping label clearly visible, and photos/videos showing the issue. -
Step 2 - Review (up to 5 working days)
Please allow us up to 5 working days to review and validate your request. -
Step 3 - Reverse pickup arranged (if serviceable)
Once approved, we will arrange our courier partner to pick up the product from your address. -
Step 4 - If reverse pickup isn’t available
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, you will need to self-ship the product via a reliable courier partner. -
Step 5 - Inspection and replacement
After we receive the product, we will inspect it against the claim. If approved, a replacement will be issued (subject to stock availability). If found ineligible, the product will be couriered back to you.
2. Under what conditions can I return/ replace my product?
- Wrong product delivered
- Expired product delivered
- Damaged product delivered – Physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
3. Under what conditions return/ replacement requests will not be accepted?
- Opened/ used/ altered products.
- Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing or tampered with
- Return / replacement requests raised after 24 hours from the time of delivery
Please return the product in the original box with the safety packaging; otherwise the return may be disqualified and the same package may be sent back.
4. How are returns processed?
Once you request to return a product, a pick up is organised for the item. Our courier partners will come to pick up the item within 5-7 business days after your return request has been accepted. This item is then brought back to our warehouse where it is checked by our quality control team. Once the product passes the quality control checks, a refund is initiated.
5. Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel the order by calling on the number mentioned (+91 8826688364). You just need to give a reason for cancellation, and leave the rest to us.
**Krieya Beauty & Wellness Private Limited reserves the right to cancel any order without pre-confirming the customer at any time and may verify any order before shipping the same to the customer that may include having a verbal or written confirmation from the customer.
6. How will I receive the refund for my cancelled or returned product?
In case of prepaid orders, money will be returned to the bank account/ credit/debit card or where the payment was made within 7 business working days. For Cash on Delivery orders customers will be required to provide bank details where they would like to receive the refund.
7. How long does it take to receive a refund for a cancelled order or returned product?
We will process your refund within 7 business days in case of cancellation of an order.In case of returns, we will refund the money after the product has been received by our warehouse and post completion of quality check. Please note, this entire process takes 3 weeks after the return has been picked up.
8. Can I return part of my order?
Yes. You can return any products that are eligible for returns within 7 days of delivery.
