STEP 1 - Pre-Wash Reset Serum

  • Strips the oil and buildup the fungus feeds on

Most anti-dandruff routines start at the shampoo. This one starts before it, so the antifungals land on a clean scalp instead of a greasy one.

STEP 2 - Hydrating Anti-Dandruff Shampoo

  • Two antifungals kill the fungus two ways, so it can't come back
  • Salicylic Acid and Niacinamide keep the oil low between washes

Do I use both on the same day?

Yes, you can. Apply the serum to dry scalp, leave for 5 to 15 minutes, then wash it out with the shampoo. If your dandruff is mild, use the serum once or twice a week and the shampoo at every wash. If it's stubborn or your scalp gets oily fast, use the serum at every wash for the first 2 weeks, then drop back to 2 to 3 times a week.

Why do I need the shampoo if the serum already clears my scalp?

The serum clears oil and buildup. It doesn't kill the fungus. The shampoo's two antifungals do that, and they work better on a scalp the serum has already cleared.

Will this actually stop dandruff from coming back?

That's what the two steps are for. Most shampoos clear flakes and leave the oil, so the fungus regrows. This routine clears the oil it feeds on and hits the fungus two ways, so there's nothing left for it to come back to.

Will it stop the itching?

Yes. Cooling actives calm the scalp on contact, and once the fungus is cleared, the itch goes with it.

Will this dry out my hair like other anti-dandruff shampoos?

No. Both formulas carry Niacinamide and Ceramide for the scalp, and the shampoo adds Hyaluronic Acid and Pro-Vitamin B5 for the hair. Sulphate-free.

How soon will I see a difference?

A cleaner, less oily scalp within the first week. Flakes typically reduce over the first few washes and stay lower with consistent use.

Is it safe for coloured or chemically treated hair?

Yes. The formula works on the scalp without stripping colour or damaging treated hair.

Can men and women both use this?

Yes. Both formulas are unisex.

Can I use this on a sensitive scalp?

The formulas contain scalp-care ingredients including Cica, Niacinamide, Ceramide and hydrating agents, but everyone's scalp is different. If you have a known scalp condition, active irritation or a history of reactions to haircare ingredients, patch testing and professional advice are recommended.

Can I use the serum and shampoo every time I wash my hair?

The Anti-Dandruff Shampoo can be used with your regular wash routine. The Pre-Wash Reset Serum is intended for 2–3 times a week, rather than every wash.

Can I use another shampoo after the Pre-Wash Reset Serum?

You can, but regular shampoo may not be able to eliminate dandruff and sustain the oil free fresh scalp. We recommend following the serum with the Hydrating Anti-Dandruff Shampoo, so that it can treat dandruff, while controlling for oil as well.
